You can perform a wide variety of shoulder and bench presses by moving the adjustable position bench. The sliding seat adds rowing and leg press exercises. The resistance cords are a safe way to perform resistance exercises without a spotter, and with a footprint of only 21.5" X 27.5" it can be stored unobtrusively in the corner of any room when not in use.
